Endless Ocean
The Endless Ocean had always been a place of wonder and mystery ever since the Gods of creation decided to create it, but many human beings never dared to set foot in the place, because of how dangerous the Mermen that live in the area were. It was a real shame because of how beautiful it was there.
People's desire to explore the oceans became more intense after the Viking’s knowledge of shipbuilding flowed onto the continent. Expedition boats and merchant ships then began to appear in the vast expanses of the sea, and rumours of a massive sea monster called the Bahamut began to spread around the kingdom soon after sailors returned from their expeditions to sea.
The sea was no longer a symbol for peace and prosperity, it had become a place of war and bloodshed. In addition to Viking Pirate attacks, Mermen were attacking human ships in the seas and the Kingdom fleet had suffered heavy losses because of all of the killing. Some seas had become so taboo to travel in that it was bad luck to even mention their names whilst travelling on a ship. One of those areas was the Endless Ocean.
Frequent attacks from Mermen minions began near coastal territories in recent years, which was quite alarming to Kingdom Officials. The Kingdom officials feared the Endless Ocean because they did not know anything about the area, which left endless possibilities in their minds. They were worried that the Mermen may begin to break the shackles of the sea by evolving legs to attack the humans on the continent due to the recent mutation of the world’s animals and creatures.
The Kingdom had decided to attack the Mermen and eradicate all of them in the area, but they were not so easy to locate and attack from the deck of a ship.
So, the Kingdom decided to ask for the help of strong warriors like yourself to defeat the Mermen and open the trade routes to the Kingdom once more. The wise wizard Poseihelm will place a magic spell on all who are brave enough to venture to the Endless Ocean that allows them to breathe under water. With the situation of the war spinning out of control and the Night Devil Legion gaining more strength every day, the Kingdom fleet must had safe passage through the Endless Ocean to transport troops to enemy Kingdoms and trade resources with allies.
